How to test surf tabs and Hydro gate out of water

I guess the correct terms are NSS plates and NCRS plate. A 2016 G23 in my garage on the trailer... Is it possible to have some type of dealer code or any code to type into link and go threw testing to make sure both my surf tabs and hydro gate are fully functional? I have no issues, but would like to test b4 we take on a family vacation in the next couple weeks.

When i start up boat, the system goes threw a testing , but on mine it only makes sure the nss plates are fully retracted. They do not extend first.

Probably too late now but you can go in the dealer settings and enter 1919 and select the with speed control option. Once in demo mode just activate wake surf mode then click go to set speed. The NSS will then deploy once it reaches 11.2mph. This is all on a 2017 so maybe the code is different for 16?
