Hey, I am just trying to get other Nautique owners experiences with Warranty support. I bought a 2022 G23 Paragon last year and its been, pretty horrible.
The first issue is that the build quality seems to be pretty bad on the new Nautiques. I owned a Moomba before and didn't have any mechanical or technical issues in 3 seasons of ownership, however I've already had this boat into the shop 3 separate times for various issues.
1. Coolant leak
2. Ballast issues
3. Tower actuators fully broke (this has taken around 5 weeks to get resolved)
4. Gelcoat peeling
5. General loose plastic plating that needed replaced.
Ok, ok, every boat is going to have issues right? Well, apparently the warranty provider in my area (KC, MO) has a huge lack of experience. The latest trip in has been for the tower actuators breaking. I took it in for 1.5 weeks to get diagnosed in May, and then another 3.5 weeks for the actual repair. I don't really know how it takes that long, but they did break some things on the first attempt and they had to rewrie the entire tower. So, that obviously doesn't help.
But the communication, speed to resolution, everything has been pretty bad. I'm finally picking the boat up today and i'm just hoping the tower actually works.
(The cherry on top is one of my responses from Nautique to an inquiry about different warranty providers was a google map pin to a dealer that doesn't service Nautiques )
It honestly has me debating even keeping the boat, as if I lose 1+ months every summer to random issues, its not worth the money.
How have other peoples new warranty experiences been? Am I just having terrible luck?
