2008 ZR6 390 closed loop cooling. I’m getting a slight overheat when under heavy load or fast cruising. The boat will generally run at around 161F however when pushed, starts to rise, I’ve not let it go above 171, just let it tick over for a few mins generally brings it down without any drama. I’ve recently replaced the impeller, and was getting the same symptoms before hand, i need to do a coolant change and I guess there is some way to open up and inspect the heat exchanger. Beyond that, I’ve visually inspected, can’t see any leaks that would allow air to be drawn in, I’ll go around and tighten all the jubilee clips, and inspect the hoses for sweating. Any other suggestions greatly received.
