    Broken NSS screws

Replacing a faulty NSS actuator on a 17 G23 and a couple of the stainless wood screws just snapped at the head when removing. Whats the easiest way of removing them to so I can replace?

I was going to see if I could grab them from the inside with vise grips. They are flush with the fiberglass on the outside so no way to grab them

You'll have to use an easy out or screw extractor, run an Amazon search. Watch the reviews, there is some junk out there.
Chances are you'll use the kit down the road. I have 1/2 a tool box drawer filled with sheesh to get broken screws & bolts out.
Good luck, sorry for the headache, that's a bummer.

Sorry about the drill bits, stainless is a bugger.
Sounds like you found a work around, maybe.
              Good article for future reference...

The right way to fix this, is to use a very small diamond hole saw and drill out around the SS screws. Then install SS threaded inserts into the hull.

Agreed jpwhit, and probably a major short cut to making enough room in the gel (dremel) to hopefully get a grip on the screw, and then coming back in with the gel repair.
