2019 GS24 Linc intermittent connectivity

New to us is a 2019 GS24 and we’re having issues w/ Linc not connecting on start.

Symptoms on no boot - fast blinking blue light that’s normally solid when Linc Boots

Troubleshooting completed;
Batteries confirmed fully charged
Battery disconnect turned off 10 minutes (no joy)
Batteries disconnected from leads for 10 hours (joy)
Wait 30 second post battery disconnect then enter code (joy then issue returns)
Enter code, turn on blower, start button (intermittent joy)

Side note - we had the Fuel Pump relay fail this weekend also.

Any ideas?

You mean the blue light on the keypad? Sounds like a bad keypad that's not feeding consistent power to the LINC.
