2021 G23 Voltage Issues

I have a 2021 G23 that is having voltage issues. My voltage on the screen varies between 11.4 and 11.7. When I use the stern thruster it drops to 10.6. I also have issues when I lower and raise the power tower. When lowering it, it moves for 2 seconds then stops then moves for 2 seconds and so on. Its very slow. Its a little faster when raising it. I have replaced both batteries. Has any one had these issues?

Sounds like a problem with the alternator. Should be closer to 14 when boat is running

Took it back to the dealer. They replaced the alternator and every is working correctly now. Thanks for the help
