Vdrive Knock - Is this normal? SV211

    Hi All,
I've had my 2006 SV211 for about 9 years now. Been solid. I don't know if it's me or the knocking I am hearing is getting louder on my Walter vdrive. I spoke to a boat mechanic and he said this is pretty normal. I can hear it when I am going about 5mph. I don't hear it after I put the hammer down. Boat runs fine no power issues It does leak a bit, but always add oil and check regular. See attached video. Ignore the funk and water in the bottom of the boat. Bilge is working. https://youtube.com/shorts/P-v15mVleSA?feature=share
    Thanks

I know nothing about v-drives but like mechanical puzzles. Here's an interesting thread that seems to speak to your problem.

Anybody else have any ideas of what the noise may be?
