How do I access the stuffing box on a 2005 SV211?

I keep my boat on a buoy all summer and it seems like the auto bilge runs more often than I’d like to see and when running the boat it needs to have the bilge operated periodically. I think these boats have the greased rope style stuffing boxes on the drive shaft not a sealed shaft seal. I was wondering if anyone had adjusted their seal and how they went about accessing it?

Can you access it from the plug door in the floor in front of the engine?

Even when they are leaking badly it's not typically enough water to cause the bilge pump to run as often as you're describing. I think it's likely you have a different leak somewhere. Cracks in mufflers, leaking ballast fittings, missing screws in hydrogates or platform brackets, leaking rudder ports are more common sources of the type of leak it sounds like you have than the stuffing box / shaft gland seal.
