    Depth Guage

I have 2009 230 and I would like to make the depth gauge more readable. Currently, it's a small readout at the bottom of the speedometer and it's very difficult to see. Does anyone have any type of solution?

I used to own a 2008 SAN 230. The previous owner had installed a raymarine GPS on the right side of the dashboard. see picture below.

There was no depth gauge, but I'm sure it could be retrofited.

That too but the position makes it hard to see without craning your neck and looking through the steering wheel spokes.

Phil, you are giving me an idea. Perhaps I can find a small Garmin screen to place where my stereo remote is located. I have removed the original round Clarion remote and installed a filler panel with a square fusion head unit. If I find something that fills that void, I can add a chart plotter to my NEMA back-boned stereo. That would give me depth, charts, and stereo control all in one neat package.
