2013 G25 - Cannot Delete User Presets and Screen Locks Up

Hi everyone. There are 5 programmed user presets (6 including the factory one for Return Home). When I delete the five presets, they re-appear every time I restart the boat. Additionally, when I try to add a new user, the bottom of the screen starts flashing rapidly and the entire system locks up forcing me to kill power and reboot. Attached are my current FW versions. Can anyone tell me if these are current (my dealer tells me they are). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

The flash memory storage on the screen may have gotten corrupted. If you can get the firmware file from your dealer, I can tell you how to reset the flash memory. It's also possible flash memory chip on the computer board may be failing.
