Thanks y’all, maybe one day the babies will appreciate being able to wakeboard behind this boat.

Late to the party here and sounds like this has been resolved, but our 08 is an SE and I found that once the ballast gauges hit "E"mpty the power is cut to the pump(s). Apparently not a player in this instance, but took me a while to figure that out when I couldn't get ours to fire up a while back.

jpwhit - you're a remarkable source of insights! I just found my 3 pumps seized - likely lack of use in last 2 years. Jabsco 18670-9407 and 2 Jabsco 18670-6127. Is there a quick way to pull it apart and try penetrating oil/motor oil to unseize it? or are there rebuild kits?
Worse case, I will order new but as I am in Canada, it is harder to get parts at reasonable prices
              thx for your insights

I've never seen a rebuild kit with new bearings, but I can't say I've really searched for them either. Yes, you can take them apart and clean up and lube the bearings. I don't think I'd use penetrating oil on them unless I couldn't get the bearings off the motor shaft without it. The pump manufacturers recommend mounting the pumps with the impeller on the bottom facing down, but it typically makes it harder to change the impellers. That's so the water in the pump head won't drain towards the motor bearings if the seals leak any. Most boat makers don't mount them the recommended orientation.
