I am having a frequent computer glitch with my 2023 G25. I will push start and accept the initial screen then crank the engine. The camera will be all blue and I am not able to activate any surf or wake board options. I have to cut off the engine and all electronics. Is anyone else having issues?

I had a potentially similar issue last night with my 2020 G21. Powered on the boat, turned on the courtesy lights, dropped it in the water, started the engine. Then noticed the courtesy lights weren’t working. And the Linc said ‘No stereo detected’. And the camera was just a large blue square. Didn’t try any surf settings, just shut down, turned the batteries off for 30 seconds, then restarted. Worked fine thereafter, no more issues the rest of the night.
I’ve had occasional, random issues in the past with the stereo not being detected, but this was the first time with the camera and light issue. We had asked the dealer to look at the no stereo issue over the winter but they weren’t able to duplicate the issue.
Sorry I can’t offer any assistance, just commiserating.

It happened to me yesterday and has happened a few times I’ve been out on my current 22 G23 and previous 21 GS24. You’ll probably find that the surf options aren’t available because the GPS (and therefore speed control) isn’t working. A complete reboot including cutting battery power works for me every time it’s happened. I assume it’s an issue initializing CANBUS communication. It seems to help if I wait between turning on the boat and firing up the ignition.

My shutdown procedure in this case is to turn off the console by entering the code and pressing stop. Once the screen goes completely black I count to 10 and turn the battery power at the perko battery switch to OFF for 30 seconds.
My turn back on procedure is to turn the perko back ON, enter the code and press Start. After the annoyance screen comes up and lets me press ok, I wait for the LINC screen to show me everything. I press start once and wait for Temp, Cameras, etc to show up. Then I start the engine.
So far that’s worked every time I’ve had this issue. I did have to lightly tap the GPS puck once to get it back online in addition to the above. Might have been a loose connection?

"The Annoyance Screen", what is all that about? I think you should be able to opt out after the 1st 10 times you didn't read it. What does it say again? lol
Liked "lightly tap the GPS puck" Hal, much better than a fist pounding.
Wish I had a camera to go blue...

The “perko” switch to off process works every time to fix so far.
The actual issues appear to be around the startup/booting of the software and to me seems related to the power supply. Seems possible the fancy automatic perko switch has some issues which then goes to electronics not getting the right power supply.
