2004 AN 216- Ex 330 New Alternator- and now No Crank, No Start......HELP!!!

Last time on the lake the Low Voltage beep was displayed in the gauge 11.4v

Checked the battery it was Low/No dead Cells- In Need of Charge. Still started motor strong
Cleaned all terminals at battery to ensure good contact was being made- No difference
Changed Belt to ensure no slippage- Start with the easy and inexpensive-No difference
Pulled Alternator- Took to Ignition shop (Not AutoZone or Similar), "Cooked, Cooked"
    Purchased Replacement and installed

This is where it get interesting:

New Alternator, Punch in code, get power to the gagues No Start!!
Power at the keypad, No Crank

    Items Checked:
Inline fuses at the Battey (20/30amp) cant recall-Good
50 amp slow burn at battery looks good ( What is this for)
All fuses at box (white with rubber boot) under console all good
All three relays pulled an swapped no change
All three fuses for relays checked and found to be good
Ground side of starter terminals inspected and cleaned

No power at the white/yellow at back of solenoid.
Is the red a fuseable link, and anyone ever have problems. How could it have blown with no power literally worked the day before.

    Boat is in Neutral
    Kill switch is engaged.

Have you charged the battery yet?

Is it "clicking" as in solenoid engaging or trying to crank with no power? Or just nothing? I recently had bumped my kill switch out of place. Lanyard still on but slipped enough to cause the boat not to crank.

Do you hear the fuel pump kick on? I had a moment of worry on the lake this week when after my wife stopped to pick me up from skiing, and the boat wouldn't start. Punched the code a few times but never heard the pump kick on but all the gauges did. Kill switch was good. The throttle was even clicked in neutral. Took it out and back to neutral and then the pump kicked in, pressed start and it fired right up. My wife has a habit of not going to neutral before turning off the motor. Only had a minor heart attack looking towards shore and thinking "thats going to be a long swim".

          Boat is in Neutral
Kill switch is engaged, even removed it and held it in by hand

Hear the fuel system engage and can watch/hear the Perfect Pass servo move to adjusted position.

Thank all appreciate the efforts and insight keep them coming until this bad boys starts up.

What northernoak said reminded me of something. I had an old Mastercraft that had an issue with the neutral safety switch. Before it would "reset" if you will, you had to put in reverse and back to neutral. Maybe something to play around with...

Oh man I never though of that, and really cant say I put it in reverse during attempt. Think is is just natural to go forward and back to neutral. Man I will be pissed, but incredibly tankful if this were the case.

Any more suggestions? Put it in reverse, moved it all around, checked lanyard, still nothing at the solenoid.

Maybe I missed it, but Rednucleus said; Are the batteries at full charge?
For what it's worth, I've had this same scenario on 2 diifferent boats, one including my current G.
I would have someone hold the start button, and start poking, wiggling, and squeezing wire bundles at the engine, especially the main wire harness at the back of the engine.
I posted something on it, not sure if I will be able to find it at this point...

Middle down page 2 of thread. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, worth a shot.
