Hey folks,
I have a new-to-me 2006 SV211, which runs great except for a non-operational rear bilge pump. As with a lot of these boats, it's had some changes since original, and I'm okay, not great with electrical. I'd love to get some suggestions on my diagnostic process and get an idea of what to do next. Hopefully this will be helpful to future owners too.
I'm not getting 12V at the rear bilge connector (the sealed 2 min connector with brown and black wires) (I was reading near zero, about 0.4V). A 3 wire pump in there was recently added, with a red +12v wire going to the brown pump wire. Hypothetically, this should mean that it's manually on when the control unit light is on, and automatic otherwise (or at least when a battery bank is on).

I pulled the bilge pump panel, but it appears to have been modified. with wires in position 1 and 3 cut. The one side appears to all be ground. What does this switch do when unmodified? The official wiring diagram doesn't note how it's implemented from what I can tell.

I pulled the PME box and found the BILGE at Pin #20 and Forward BILGE (ground?) at Pin speed Didn't see a power for FWD or GND for the rear one.

I don't see any points to test on, and sticking my probe down the connecter didn't seem to catch a voltage.
How might I diagnose this?
