Want to follow-up to the original post. I've had the boat at Marine Max Austin for full annual service, replace spark plugs, and also swapped my prop (after reviewing with the dealer I noticed the outside edge was slightly bent and folded). They connected the Diacom and found an old TPS sensor fault, from about 125 hours prior, but nothing new and relevant to the subject issue.

Happy to report that we took the boat out yesterday for a lake test and did not experience any issues. We ran up and and down lake Austin at 25mph no issues. We also surfed for about an hour combined between multiple sets and no issues. The boat ran strong.

Hard to believe that the loss of power issue was corrected by fluids, filters, plugs, timing, etc. But I'm not complaining.

Glad to hear the boat ran well after the general maintenance. But I do share your pessimism regarding whether the problem has been solved. As mentioned above, and based on the lack of Diacom reported abnormalities, it's hard to imagine you do not have either a faulty kill switch, or a faulty start stop control panel. Keep us posted if it happens again.
