2020 Nautique G23 LINC screen not registering arm rest button pad

Hi All,

Has anyone experienced an issue with the LINC screen not responding to the armrest buttonpad? The touch screen still works fine and everything else functions as it should.

I have 2 x G23s and when I tested the button pad on my other boat everything worked fine. I am starting to think it is an issue with the screen! All connections are beautiful batteries have plenty of life and I have found no cable breaks ...

Any tips or other things to look at/for would be great.

You can go to system info and check out the can bus. I believe the helm control is one of the things that communicates on CAN
