Hey everyone.
Have a 2019 G23 with the power (actuated) tower. Currently stuck in the Down position, and is not moving up when pressing the buttons.
Looking for suggestions to troubleshoot.
Anyone have a wiring diagram of power distribution to tower? Id like to check for any loose connections.
This is the 1st time noticing any tower issues.
Observations thus far:
* Up and down buttons lights illuminate when the power button is pressed
*No tower motor noises can be heard while trying to raise or lower the tower (pressing the buttons)
*Same operation (no noise/movement) when onboard charger is plugged in, when charger is unplugged, and when using 1 or both batteries. so doesnt seem like a voltage issue.
* Voltage does not change when buttons are pressed (whether engine is on and at 14.3-14.4V, or if engine is off and voltage is in the 12s).
*Tower circuit breaker is not popped.
*Power cycle of boat (turned off/on main breaker, with 15-30second rest in off) produced same resulta (no noise/movement).
* Doesnt seem like theres a location for tower circuit faults on the linc screen.
* Going off of a previous post on here about the same issue, I had the boat tunning for 20+ minutes and then retried to raise the tower and was unsuccessful.
Will be calling the dealer tomorrow as its still under warranty for a few months.
