Call mni (Miami Nautique) about your boat and they can get you the correct length cable- don't just order without talking to them.

But I ran my 2006 down the side gunnel and snake it under the seat to center up with the engine steering bracket.
I had a real struggle to get the old cable out let alone re-run a new one.

Also remove your drivers ballast tank to access the steering under the engine.

They install steering before the top and bottom are joined;-)

But I prefer a user friendly approach down the gunnel for the next cable swap.
