I have a 2004 Air Nautique 216 TE. I need to remove the rear port side bottom cushion, to replace the skin. Does anybody have the process on how to remove those bottom cushions? Thank you, Marty.

You'll need to remove the entire rear seat base. Those cushions are screwed in from the bottom of the seat base.I own and operate Silver Cove Marine, which is an inboard boat restoration, service, and sales facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina. I have a 2004 216 and today just took my whole rear seat out. A little bit of a PIA! the back portion has three threaded handles acessible from the rear storage container; one in the upper middle and 1 on either side. Once I took those off it took a little bit to start by pulling one side out by pushing/compressing the seat cushion and pulling out the one side then working around and pulling out the middle and the other side.
The seat portion then has 2 cotter pin things that just pull up allowing you to pull the bottom seat section out and up.
