    2007 San 210 TE 330 Excalibur

I have an issue with my boat, it will start to cut out and skip only when the motor gets hot. My temp gauges is barely over 175degrees. It usually doesn’t happen until when I have been out for an hour or more. I replaced the plugs and wires before last summer and it ran great all summer. Started these issues on Labor Day weekend. I winterized the boat. Before taking it out this season I check the distributor look good and the plugs look good as well. The boat ran great for first hour or so but went for a long cruise after being on the water for a hour or so it start to skip out like I was slowing down and speeding back up really fast. I stop the boat turned it off let cool down a few minutes and would restart it runs great for about 30 mins and happens again. I continue to run the boat throughout the day and it will happen more frequently. I will take any help I can get on troubleshooting my issues. I am wondering if it is electric or fuel related? It doesn’t appear to be running hot my temp gauge stay near 175degrees all day.
