    Manifolds and Risers

After some help on Exhaust Manifold and riser torque specs … for our 2008 Nautique 210 with EX343.

Pulled them today ( with the help of my 9 year old son) to check condition and need to reinstall .

Cannot find the correct torque specs for the manifolds or risers anywhere…

Intend to reinstall with some type of anti size product so that may effect torque values?

    Your help would be appreciated!

I changed my manifolds and risers 3 years ago on a 2002 with the 330 engine. I used Remflex gaskets, I believe, torqued the manifolds to 22 foot pounds and the risers to 25. The gasket company said 20 but I did the 22. Also to make it easier to install the manifolds I got 2 longer bolts cut the head off and hacksawed a slot in the end screwed in those and then slid the gasket and manifold on installed other bolts removed modified ones and installed remaining 2 and torqued all. Have had no trouble. Have fun

Thanks that is much appreciated. Did you happen to use any anti seize on the manifold and riser bolts ?

No didn’t use any anti seize all the bolts came out real easy. Also didn’t retorque any bolts after running boat per gasket maker.
