Sand from tower

We have a 22 Nautique G23 that was delivered in September 2021. It weeps sand from the tower all over the interior of the boat. I am wondering if this is a known product defect for this model year. I would be interested to learn if any other Nautique owners have been experiencing this problem.

How fine is that sand. is it whiteish silica? That's a trip, you don't even have to leave the boat, you've got your own built in beach.
I wonder if they use some sort of sand blasting prior to the powder coating, I would almost bet on it.
That one just missed the cleaning station prior to delivery.
