High Engine RPM but Low MPH

I have a 2013 G23 PCM 450. She was winterized and stored on the trailer in an enclosed garage. I put her in the water today and she fired right up and all seemed well. However, when I pushed throttle down, she wasn't producing a lot of speed, but high RPM, like 4200-4500 rpm. MPH was like 32. It wasn't weighted down, no ballast, just my son and I. No error codes, prop is fairly new, less than 3 years old. Haven't hit anything with the prop. Any suggestions or ideas? My closest Nautique dealer is a 2hr drive. Thanks for any help.

Actually, tach to speedo sounds about right.
I ran about 34 mph back to dock the other day, I think I saw in the neighborhood of 4500 +/-. We were "back to dock mode" at about 50% ballast, buttery smooth water.
      Stock 17x17" prop.

I'll run another test today to confirm.
Hit up DMS2610, he's running your same year.
