I have a 2007 220 Team edition that the packing seized up after being in storage this year. I would like to replace with a dripless setup. Can this be done? Not 100% where I should draw off of to get my water supply.

I don't understand what you mean by the standard packing "seized up." It's just a piece of rope, honestly. And on top of that, it's set loose so it can drip a little.
I think you have a different problem that isn't going to be solved by going dripless.
