Hello to all Nautique owners.
I have a GS20 from 2021, unfortunately there is no technical support for this boat in Poland and I have a big problem.
While sailing, the boat lost speed, DTC error 2121 appeared and I could no longer exceed 2400RPM. A moment later, a second DTC 652:5 occurred.
I started the diagnosis according to the service recommendations. I checked the grounding and the harness but everything was OK. I came to the conclusion that the problem was probably the deflection sensor located in the throttle control. While looking for the same sensor, I found ZF AN920032, I ordered it and today I installed it instead of the one that was originally in the shifter.
I started the engine and DTC error 652:5 and 2121 no longer appeared. Now I have an error that I didn't write down, which is the same as 2121 but says sensor 1-2 higher then expected. The boat has gears but I can't raise the speed at all. What a surprise it was when, after connecting the diagnostic computer, the boat immediately started at 6000RPM.
Now my question is whether this sensor needs to be calibrated or coded somehow? Can this be done from the boat's gauges?
Has anyone had a similar situation?
Is the only solution to order a complete new throttle control box or maybe it's the wrong sensor? Thank you in advance for your help.
