    Throttle Base Assembly Replacement G23 G25 GS 210/230 2015+

    https://nautiqueparts.com/throttle-base-assembly/
    Also fits SN 200 2019+

Systems: Random no starts, neutral lock out not working.

I found next to nothing out there when it comes to this replacement procedure.
I would like to give special credit to aerojust for taking the time to post the procedure on his thread, it gave me a great kickstart:

Nautique Parts, ordered new base on Monday, showed up at my door Wednesday afternoon (regular shipping). Good job NP, and thanks for the "PND" 10% discount code.

I went with a 10mm, but I think it's actually a 3/8". Didn't want to crawl back out of the boat.

    Assembly in reverse.
Word to the wise, remember to plug the safety lanyard back in before testing. I'll never get those 30 minutes back of what did I miss, fetch.
Neutral lock out works now, there is even a blue light on that thing, cool. All seems well on the test fire, we'll hit the water this evening for the final test.

I hope this deems useful in the future. With this outline, you should be able to tackle this in an hour, 2 people would be extremely helpful.

    Great instructions.
Why'd you have to replace? Just for the neutral lock out?
I don't think my neutral lock out has ever worked.

Thanks Kmayotte, just wanted to save others the what do I do, where do I start.
For $550 bones, I could deal with the Neutral switch not working (also never worked).
We were having random no start issues. Press the green start and nothing would happen, move it in & out of gear, press button again, and again...
Got towed in a couple of years ago by a '74 Bayliner when the prop shaft sheared. Don't really want to have to repeat that process, but if we do, remind me to drain the bags next time, lol.

Kmayotte if your 2016 still has the original throttle base assembly, it not a matter of if it will go bad, it’s a question of when. When it does you won’t be able to start the boat as the TBA thinks the boat is in gear (when it’s not) and the “neutral safety switch” mechanism stops you from being able to start the boat. The neutral button not working is common indicator that the unit is going bad. It’s a known design issue that has been fixed, so once you replace it, your good…

if you search there are lots of threads about this on the site. My specific write up for the 200 I put on ballofspray about 3 years ago.

Good looking out thank you. Every problem I've had with my boat has been an electrical module that bricked the boat.
