2006 SV-211 Ballast no power on fill but drain works fine

I have been troubleshooting all day. I have the basic SV-211 with only rear tanks and no keypad. When I flip to drain the pumps come on. When I flip to fill they don't. I tested at the pumps and I get no voltage on fill but 12 volts on drain. I saw discussion about relays, but I am not sure my boat has them. I can't find them. Any advice? Also I followed the jumper process to bypass the ballast control module and still no improvement.

The electrical diagram for your boat can be found here.....

According to that you have a relay box that would appear to be in the port, rear area of the boat. If you have power at the switch, my money would be on a bad relay or associated wiring.

Thank you! Found it. It's actually on the starboard rear port, and it's just a 20A fuse that somehow controls both pumps. Click image for larger version
