2019 g25 power tower trouble

My 2019 g25 power tower is stuck in the down position. Makes a noise when I push the buttons but won’t raise. I saw some others may have had trouble with this in the past, realize it may be the actuator, but I’m on vacation away from a mechanic. Is there a way to override the actuator and manually lift the tower and lock it so I can use the boat? Thanks

i had this happen to my G23 and got actiators replaced under warranty.
Prior to the dealer coming out, i was windering the same thing - only way to do this would be to remove/disconnect the actuators.
Not sure how sturdy the tower would be when locked in upright position without the actuators keeping it’s position tight.
