2008 PCM Engine Stalls at Idle

2008 SAN 210 - All new fuel filters, new fuel, runs fine at speed but stalls at idle. 2008 PCM EX 343 Engine. Do these engines have an IAC (idle air control valve) .. I can not find it on the parts manual?
