I have technical questions regarding a “no start” condition with a 1999 PCM PRO BOSS GT-40 5.8L HO multi port fuel injection.
I get no spark while cranking.
The fuel pump runs when turn key to on.
When I pull out the SPOUT connector, I get spark when cranking but no fuel already replaced the two relays (EEC and Fuel pump). If I spray some ether into the throttle body, she fires right up.
Am I correct in assuming the ECM is malfunctioning? ECM Pin one has 12V and pins 37 & 57 have 12V to engine ground as well as to pins 20,40 & 60, Key on
