No fw or rev after random neutral

Really starting to hate this boat. I worry everytime I leave the dock of whats going to go wrong this time.

2017 G23 H6 260hr has no fw or reverse after randomly going to neutral after picking up surfer. It did this last year and I replaced the throttle control unit and thought the problem was solved but just happened again. After being towed in it's been sitting for over 2hr and still won't go in gear. You can move the lever either direction and you never hear the click it makes once it goes in gear. Suggestions? I have diacom software so I can scan it as well later this evening.

Edit: It's going in gear one direction just not sure which as I've already swapped the solenoid plugs around. Trans fluid is clean so I'll be bench testing the solenoids to verify both are working.

Replaced the solenoids with no change. I have reverse but no forward. Am I looking at a transmission replacement or rebuild?

Have you verified that power is going to each solenoid when you move the throttle lever into forward and reverse?

I have using a test light. First thing I did before ordering solenoids. Which btw if anyone ever needs to order them I can give the parts numbers from hydraforce and can save $500

Unfortunately, if the solenoids are activating then I can't think of how it would be anything other than an internal transmission issue. What model transmission is in the boat?

My thoughts as well. I'll search tomorrow for a rebuild kit or a replacement. Unfortunately no warranty here and I'm my own mechanic so I'll get it sorted one way or the other. Faster than the dealership forsure
