This is the second time this has happened on my ‘20 230 so it begs the question if anyone else has experienced this and can explain how and this would keep happening. You can see that the spring loaded pin is seized and also bent. These easily come loose and rotate in the tower base, which also makes me wonder why they didn’t install a second jam nut on the assembly. Gets 180 bucks for these pins and I’m not interested in buying them a second time.
