Low pressure fuel pump alternative FE0539 in place of RA080025A?

NAPA cross referenced the low pressure fuel pump RA080018 and found FE0539. It looks the same, but is about half the price. Has anyone installed an FE0539 in place of an RA080018? Darn screwed up on my title. Put the high pressure fuel pump model number in it by accident. Can't edit it now.

Does anyone know what the flow rate or the PSI is on the original low pressure pump?

With further research, I'm thinking it may not even be legal to use non-marine rated engine parts in a boat, for safety reasons. I ordered the two fuel pumps from MyInboardMarine.com earlier today.
