I was driving my 2019 Ski Nautique (150 hours) all last week and it was running perfectly. However, after driving skiers for 1+ hours at the end of the day I pulled in the boat and turned it off to pickup a couple additional people. When I tried to start it a couple minutes later the motor wouldn't turn over twice. The voltage on the battery looked like ti was dropping while it was trying to start so I turned off the boat and the battery and waited a couple of minutes. I turned everything back on and tried to start it again, this time on the second time it started up, but after I reversed about 15 feet it died. Again, I shut off everything for a few more minutes. I got it started and just went at that point, the boat felt like it was going to shutoff though every time I got below 6 mph and it wouldn't get above 20mph at full open throttle. it made it back to the dock and then I was able to barely start it one more time to get it on the trailer and out of the water. Any thoughts on what the issue could be? It clearly needs to go to the dealer, but any help would be appreciated.

It is the standard ZR4 (400hp)
The engine temp got as high at the 150's while i was pulling the skiers but was back down to the 130's once it stopped and then started again. the oil pressure looked to be in the middle of the gauge but would fluctuate a bit higher and a touch lower during the ride back to the dock.
The voltage turned orange while trying to start and would drop to around 11 volts while trying to turn over. it was generally around 14 volts once it started.

Dropping to 11 volts while starting is fairly normal.
I don't think there's enough info to draw any definitive conclusions. I would start with standard diagnostics stuff. Hook it up to a computer running Diacom to check for codes and look at all the engine parameters. Check fuel pressure. Check for strong spark at the spark plugs. Run it off an auxiliary fuel tank / pump / regulator to rule out contaminated fuel.

Sounds like a bad battery. Lead acid stratify, get deposits (shorts) between plates. They can appear to be OK yet deliver limited current, and also cause other issues.
Lithium batteries are a solid 13V on the shelf and have greater capacity & and are easy to handle. Perfect for boats.
