You have a Coastal Edition boat. Those holes allow water that gets into the boat to drain out the back without going into the bilge. That configuration is only on the Coastal Edition boats.

I believe that system goes to all of the drains around floor and engine hatches, etc.

Thanks for the reply.... Here's the thing... Its not a coastal addition. It is a boat I purchased off dealer inventory. Has none of the other coastal options. I have not yet taken position, so I cant confirm that they are drains, but that makes sense. Is it possible that the dealer is able to order the boats with the drains, but not the full coastal package?
Self bailing ski boats! How awesome would that be but I think the floors are too low and the amount of weight some people add would be an issue as well.
