Where can I get Fuel Cell O-rings without a filter?

    Hi Nautiquers,

Does anyone know where I might be order the O-rings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Ideally I'd like to avoid spending the $50 spend on nautiqueparts.com (although I highly recommend these guys, get Jody first thing in the morning on the phone and he'll answer any query you might have!) because when it gets shipped to Ireland it ends up more like $100.

Does anyone know what size these rubber rings are if I were to try and source them from somewhere else?

The reason I need one is I keep on having issues with my fuel supply in my 2005 Super Air 210. When this happens I have to open the fuel cell to see if there's actually fuel sitting in it (if there's not then I know it's the low pressure fuel pump, if there is then I know it's the high pressure fuel pump). When I go to fit the fuel cell back into it's holder, the rubber rings (which I think might be the wrong size in my boat) can get stuck between the fuel cell outer cup and the inner holder and so the outer cup can't get high enough for the outer clasp to secure it.

    Thanks,

    Peter

O-rings tend to expand when played with or exposed to elements.
Not to cut our good peeps at Nautique out of the loop on this one, but those run pretty cheap on The Amazon.
Won't you use the filter eventually?

Wait, do you have Amazon in Ireland, hmm?

      Thanks Scooter G!

Yup, you’ll be glad to hear Mr Amazon operates in Ireland too. I never even thought of checking Amazon to be honest! You’ve taught me a lesson on that one.

It looks like these are only available from US based Amazon sellers, I’ll check what the final cost will be including delivery and if it’s not too much more with Nautiqueparts.com I’d prefer to give them my business.

Now just need to work out why the low pressure fuel pump (new at the start of the summer) is not pumping any longer. Not sure if it’s getting a constant 12v feed, so that’s the first check, if it is I’m wondering why it will only pump intermittently, I would have thought they’re pretty bullet proof (I ordered off NP.com so it’s not a cheap imitation)
