PCM EX 343 Exhaust Manifold Leak

When winterizing our 206 this fall I noticed water dripping from below the exhaust manifold. When investigating I noticed the exhaust manifold gasket was broken and needed to be replaced. When I removed the manifold I found the below in the two forward exhaust ports. The rear two had nothing. My assumption is that a new manifold is needed and at this point in a 16 year old boat I should just replace the riser as well. Is there anything else I should look at when the exhaust manifold is off? The head looks good and the exhaust (from what I can see) look ok as well.

You getting a little thin on the lower wall, or it seems from the picture. Actually look pretty good for 16 year old manifolds.
You've got them off, might be a good time to replace. They don't last forever.

Thank you! The new manifold, riser and decal have been ordered. I cannot say with 100% certainty that there are not cracks internally and since they are off it just makes sense to replace. The rest of the ports don't look bad but water was getting in somewhere. This is looking down into manifold.
