When winterizing our 206 this fall I noticed water dripping from below the exhaust manifold. When investigating I noticed the exhaust manifold gasket was broken and needed to be replaced. When I removed the manifold I found the below in the two forward exhaust ports. The rear two had nothing. My assumption is that a new manifold is needed and at this point in a 16 year old boat I should just replace the riser as well. Is there anything else I should look at when the exhaust manifold is off? The head looks good and the exhaust (from what I can see) look ok as well.
