Recently on my 2018 G25 when I turn my screen on it works with touch for the first 30 seconds or so then it won't respond so I have to use the mouse/buttons on the armrest. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, have seen this issue and I'm starting to see it more and more on this vintage of boat that have the second generation "B" version 7" screens. I'm assuming your boat has the 7" screen as opposed to the Panoray screen. Up until now most of the touch screen failures have been with the first generation screens, but it appears the 2nd gen B screen are getting to the age when they are starting to fail.
I repair these screen when I have parts available, which are difficult to come by. Unfortunately I do not have any of the LCD / Touch assemblies in your screen at the moment.
As NautiqueJeff suggests, it's worth trying a hard reset.

Ok, this is the first Panoray screen I've heard of doing this, but I guess they are starting to get to the age of having some failure.
What's likely happening based on it working for less than a minute and then stopping, is some of the optically clear X,Y electrical traces embedded in the front glass that make up the touch sensor array are degrading and not conducting electrical signals well enough. The touch controller chip is constantly readjusting the voltage it applies to the X axis lines to create the capacitive field that senses touches. It then measures the voltages at the Y axis conductors. When it can't get an acceptably stable set of baseline readings it eventually just shuts down.
I'm not aware of anyone that fixes the Panoray screens, they are even harder to disassemble without damage than the earlier screens. Unfortunately, I suspect your only option is going to be replacing the screen.
