Torque Specs for motor mounts--2023 G23 ZZ6

I have a 2023 G23 with a ZZ6.

I'm looking for the torque specs for the motor mounts--the various large nuts and trunnions.

The dealer performed an alignment at about 45hrs and said it was just barely off. Then at about 85 hrs, they checked it and said it was way off and that some of the nuts were loose. I'd like to be able to check the torque of the nuts. Alignment problems every 40-45 hours seems ridiculous--I've never seen that in 30 years of owning inboards and v-drives.

I called PCM but got screened at the front desk and couldn't get through to anyone who would give me the information. Which is also disappointing. PCM used to be very helpful with things like this when I called them directly.

Hi Jeff--thanks for pointing that out! I should have looked in the manual. My faulty recollection was that I'd looked last year when this first came up, but obviously not!

I would have gone with the universal German torque spec..... "Guten Tight". I try not to over think a lot of this stuff but then again I'm sure there's a reason for every one of those torque specs. I mean head bolts, flex plates, fly wheels and even lugs nuts I get but I'm sure there's a torque spec for things like the mounting bolts for your alternator bracket or stater bolts. Not sure where you draw the line. Guess it depends on the individual.

As a side note..... We were having similar issues with the trunnion lock nuts on the BIL's Malibu. In our case the German toque spec fixed that problem on his, not suggesting it on yours though.
