Exhaust anti-siphon valves?

Hi, does anyone know if a pcm ex 330 fitted in a 210 SAN has or should have anti-sipohn valves fitted to the exhaust?

What is an anti-siphon valve in regards to exhaust, and where would it be mounted?

All I have is the exhaust manifolds connected to the invertaflow muffler via the hoses, then the thru hull connected to the invertaflow via one hose, and the flapper on the outside on the thru hull. Don't remember seeing anything else in the exhaust system.
