Petcocks 351 PCM 1995

Gday
I have imported a boat from the US to Aus. It has a PCM 351 1995.
The dealer has attached a tag that says do not start 4 petcocks out.

I know this is part of your Winterisation proces. But being not mechanically minded I cant find where the **** they go.

I tried the manual on this website, but the pictures are to blurry to make out locations.

Could anyone give me some guidelines on where they go- pictures would be better?

There are two large ones, in each exhaust manifold, two in the block, down low, on the sides, and one in the elbow in the circulating water pump on the front of the engine.
