Teleflex sender work with faria gauge?

I am just curious if a Teleflex fuel sender will work with a Faria Fuel gauge as long as the sender is the standard 240-33ohm and the gauge is the same?

I currently have teleflex fuel senders in my hard tanks; I am planning on going to my dealer tomorrow and ordering ballast gauges that have port/starboard written onto them (to replace the standard teleflex fuel gauges that I currently have).

I just wanted to make sure that I can mix the two as long as they both follow the typical 240-33ohm setup, I should be fine shouldn't I?
