Are there any pumps that work while I am just sitting at the dock waiting to go? I would like to be able to fill the factory ballast while the boat is warming up, or while we are waiting for someone to get ready.
Andrew is correct about the self priming pumps, but I have had no problems with aerator pumps priming as long as they are mounted directly to the through hull right behind the on/off valve.
i also have a 99 pro air, where is the second pump located? the only one that i know of in my boat is the one located on the passenger side of the engine near the cut off valve. thanks
