Quick question. I have a 1999 super air and I saw a slow stead drip from the strainer (if that is what it is called). YOu think it is just a bad o ring?? I made sure it was tight. Is this something I shold worry about? WHat do I need to do to fix it

RE: Strainer??
It should not be leaking, definitely replace the o-ring, it should cost less than $1. If that's not the source of the leak then begin to examine other parts of the strainer assembly. How about \"Chales\"?

RE: Strainer??
I would highly suggest going ahead and buying a new oring. Take off the bowl and ensure its not cracked and leaking water as well. If you get just a little bit of air around this area, it can cause the pump to loose prime. (Leading to increased temp and possible kill your impeller)

RE: Strainer??
You may try flipping over the gasket and as suggested check the fittings and the hose clamps going in and out of the strainer.Current
