    Correct Prop Size?

I have a 92' Nautique and need to replace the prop. The current prop is a 1", 14 RH16, Cup#5. However, I do not know if this is the original prop. Can anyone verrify this is the original prop? May or maynot be. Are there any advantages/disavantages of replacing with this same prop? Thanks in advance.

I asked ACME what prop they recommended for my 1990SN with PCM351, 1:23, and they said this:

I should also point out this is dated August 14-2003

I am suggesting you purchase the Acme part # 422 12.5 x 15.5 four blade nibral 1" bore .105 cup. This part sells for $389.00. We do sell direct so please feel free to E mail your shipping address & call 1 888 661 2263 with your credit card information. We do charge a $10.00 documentation fee for canada shipments. The three blade that I have at this time is not quite right for the standard Nautique. It turns about 150 rpm more than it should. In other words we are still in testing stages on the three blade for the 1:23 gear reduction. The three blade for the 1:23 gear works great at higher altitude & lower hp applications, or when loading the boat for wakeboarding. The three blade does have a softer wake than the four blade. The three blade does all that the four blade does but quiker & with a better top end speed & just as smooth.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but what is a "Sales Engineer"?
