Check the fuses. I had the same problem, and I had to replace the turn signal fuses that were located under the hood of my engine compartment. I have an 06 Nissan Armada, depending on your car it may be in your main fuse panel or under the hood. Did you install your hitch/electronics aftermarket or were they a stock option? Good luck
