    1996 Open Bow Cushion Removal

Does anyone know the correct method of removing the padding/cushion which lines the OB on a 1996 SNOB?

I need to get it to my interior specialist and he's offering a big discount if I handle the removal of the pads and installation of the pads after it's all re-sewn.

I have found the screws behind the kick panel/dash pod as well as the behind the glovebox. The sides seem to just lift off like the back bench does. I'm just primarily confused with the very front of the boat, since it seems snug and not just hooked in there.

Also, is there any easy way to remove the grab rails while my boat is all taken apart? There is little or no room to really work underneath the rather small OB in these boats, as you probably know...

Thanks, I look forward to some help!!!

If you remove the drink holders, you might find some fasteners that are within reach when you stick your hand in the
    hole...

I think that there are a few studs on the back of the cushions, with a nut on it.

Gear wrenches are handy for getting them off!
