A friend of mine has an 04 Ski with the 330
Excalabur engine, approx 150 hrs. On the trailer, in the water, it will run 175 degrees all day long. Manifolds are just warm to touch, so I know it is getting water.
After running for approx. 10 min on the lake, heated up and went into limp mode
Impeller has about 30 hrs on it, same for thermostat. You can see water flowing thru the RW strainer. The boat has not been run much since mid last summer. Lines and strainer have been checked for air leaks. I am more of a Ford guy and know little about the Chevys.
Anybody got any ideas before I start tearing into this? Any help would be appreciated.
