New Nautique owner question on gauges

Well I am a new nautique owner, sold my '99 mastercraft prostar 205 dd, and just picked up a 01 SAN. Got all the fluids changed, and new impeller in and took it out for the first time this weekend and it ran great. Only thing is the speedo and tach dont work. They are still the teleflex gauges almost everyone has had to replace. My question is instead of ordering the faria gauge kit through the dealer for $175 can I just order the guages here http://www.boatersland.com/faria.html they are a lot cheaper so I was wondering if ordering them through correct craft if they modify them at all to make them match all the other gauges look and backlight color or are the basically the same kit I can order from here?

RE: New Nautique owner question on gauges

The $175 is for a kit that includes a Y wire to use the paddlewheel from your Perfect Pass the tach and a wiring diagram. I'm not sure how you would make sure you got the right guages and where you would get the jumper wire for the PP. I think if you check you will find that the guages at boatersland are about the same when you get the kit.
