Ballast control knob at the helm won't turn

Anyone have any suggestions for releasing what appears to be a stuck starboard ballast valve. Knob at helm won't turn.

don't twist to hard, the plastic gets brittle and will crack very easily. My dealer told me they will try to get it covered under warranty.

Probally a kink in the control cable. I had to replace mine. And yes, I broke the knob trying to make it work. Sounds like you have a warranty but if not:

I broke mine too trying to turn it. Like phbrown said, check the cable and valve at the rear first.....

Broke mine too.CC shipped a new cable and that flowrite valve.

I replaced the flow-wrongs with the T-H valves already. I even re-installed the T-H valves after WCCC installed them trying to get them to work easier.

My next boat modification will be replacement of the fill pumps with impeller pumps and elimination of the PITA valves.

I had a knob break on my 03 and I replaced with one of the valves listed in the post I'm linking to.

I made the mistake of buying my replacement valve from the dealer before I knew about Flow-Rite's website and got charge twice as much for the same thing.

Just had my valves replaced. It is a recall and covered as such. There is a service bulletin here somewhere. No need for warranty.
